What is a subluxation?

Improper motion or position of the moving bones in the spine is called a subluxation. A subluxation can interfere with the vital exchanges of nerve information by causing irritation to the nerves and compromising the ftinction of affected tissues and organs.

How do I get a subluxation?

There are three basic causes of subluxation. Physical causes include slips and falls, accidents, repetitive motions and improper lifting. Emotions such as fear, grief, stress and anger can cause subluxations. Chemical causes could include alcohol, drugs, pollution and poor diet.

How do I get rid of a subluxation?

Sometimes, subluxations can clear up on their own. Today’s hectic lifestyles are a constant source of subluxations. What is an adjustment?

These muscles and ligaments help protect the delicate spinal cord from outside forces such as those done by non-specific seif-poppers. These are NOT adjustments.
